Statistical Reporting
Statistical Data is collected every January/February for the previous year. Please keep an eye on this page at that time on how to submit your church's statistical data.
Thank you to all the churches who filed
their 2024 statistical data.
Your reports are an essential piece for us to be able to
gather up-to-date data within our Presbytery.
Resources For Clerks
Necrology Reporting
Every year at our Spring Presbytery Meeting we will
record the names of the Pastors, Elders, and Deacons that sadly passed away the previous year.
There will be a link posted in January/February
to fill out your Necrology Report prior to the meeting,
so that those individuals can be recognized and honored
during the worship service portion of the Spring meeting.
Per Capita
2025 Per Capita was approved
at the October 2024 Presbytery Meeting.
The per capita apportionment is based on
the funds necessary for the Presbytery/Synod/General Assembly to unite the work of over
8000+ churches into one PC(USA) body.
The Presbytery office has a free brochure
that will help congregations understand the
importance of Per Capita giving.
